The project is located at NE MLK Blvd and NE Multnomah St. There are six stories with 185 Residential Apartments above 15,000 square feet of Commercial/Retail space. 266 parking spaces are provided in an internal garage at ground level and in the basement level.
The concept of this project was to contribute to the vitality of the Lloyd District and the City by providing a significant quantity of residences at street level and pedestrian-oriented retail space. The proposed design draws its forms and materials from the building vocabulary in this area. The proposed project is located in the Lloyd Neighborhood District in the Central City Plan District. The site design is a “full block Commercial/Parking Base” with a landscaped plaza above the parking garage for the common benefit of all the residents.
