The Renovation of this 1950’s Mid Century Modern Apartment Tower began with a close look at the entry experience. The existing Porte-cochere and Lobby have been updated and brought into the 21st Century with bright new finishes, crisp detailing and upgraded lighting. The leasing and management experience has been enhanced with new open offices adjacent to the Lobby.
The existing 6000 square foot exterior Private Plaza has been completely redesigned and reconstructed with new paving materials, plantings, furnishings and an outdoor pavilion for entertaining.
The entire exterior façade is being stabilized and refreshed and all the exterior openings have been replaced with highly efficient fiberglass windows and doors.
