The Celio renovation project centered on designing new lobby and lounge areas that are more open in plan to promote an interactive, community environment for building residents. The renovation also involved upgrading the exterior building façade to better address energy and sustainability issues. Existing windows in the units were replaced and new waterproofing and weather protection elements installed. The building entrance was also upgraded with an air-lock vestibule.
