The new 5-story Hampton Street Apartments are located in the Tigard Triangle, a City Designated Urban Renewal Zone to encourage new housing. The development consists of 55 new housing units in five stories over the commercial ground floor.  Amenities include a fitness room, a 5th floor Club Room and outdoor Terrace.  All 64 parking spaces including EV stalls are secured in a parking structure located on two split levels entered from both Hampton Street and 72nd Avenue. Striving to be a Net Zero Project, solar panels on the roof will produce 90kw. The exterior features an exposed concrete base with high density panels and large energy efficient European style windows.
