Hub 9

This period brick and steel design pays homage to the historical town of Orenco, and is the center of the newly constructed town center of Orenco Station with its big steel arch and iconic clock. Lush terraces are placed on both east and west at level three and a vaulted clubroom is nestled in behind the arch at level 6 with sweeping views of the plaza and coastal mountains.

Hub 9 is the first of three Leeb buildings, designed and constructed directly adjacent to the train platform at Orenco Station. It is a mixed-use project with two-level Type 1 concrete podiums and four floors of Type 5 construction. The podium (base) of the building includes parking, commercial retail and management offices. The four residential floors above consists of Multi-Family apartments, community rooms and other amenities.
