Station Place Tower

The Tower is REACH Community Development’s main housing facility for the seniors in this district. The fourteen-story building has a mix of efficiency, one and two bedroom units. Located in Portland’s River District, The Tower includes 176 affordable, senior housing units.

Dedicated parking is available in the adjacent parking garage. Roof gardens provide communal outdoor recreational space with second floor amenities of meeting rooms, library, exercise room, and great room. The facility provides a state of the art “rainwater” recapture system which is being used to supply water to many of the building’s toilets. The site is located in the Pearl District neighborhood, part of the River District. The design, together with its form and materials, recall the established industrial building vocabulary of the District. Brick and a bright aluminum skin was used on the tower.
