This 140 Unit Suburban Housing development is located on 3.4 acres adjacent to a newly re-established and reconstructed wetland. Steven’s Creek has been redirected and reconstituted to help mitigate the seasonal release of storm water and allow for the redevelopment of the adjacent site for Housing.
The development consists of four apartment buildings. Two elevated podium buildings with secured parking and two traditional three story walk ups. In addition to the four apartment buildings, there is a free-standing club house with gathering areas, a workout room and the leasing office. This mix of buildings allowed for 40 units per acre on a site with an initial cross slope of almost 10%.
