This classically designed, five over two, seven-story apartment building is in the Goose Hollow neighborhood and adjacent to Portland’s downtown core. The building takes its design clues from the historic early 20th century brick apartment buildings that are peppered throughout this neighborhood. Traditional local brick is used with precast concrete corbels and cement panels on the bays.
The development provides a variety of unit types including tradition studios. One bedroom and two bedroom units. There are five live/work units on the ground floor and a corner retail space reserved for a coffee shop or deli.
